Todo bien, personal atento y amable
Limpieza súper, comida muy bien abundante y buena, la única pega por poner algo, fue que nos asignaron habitación en zona donde en el exterior de la habitación el calor era tremendo, nos comentaron que debajo estaban los motores de la depuradora de las piscinas y quizás fuera por eso, por lo demás... súper recomendable en todo. Volveremos aunque revisaremos habitación asignada

Fantástico
Estuvimos mi marido y mi hijo en una Junior Suite con vistas frontales al mar con un jacuzzi en la terraza y en régimen de TI. El primer contacto a la llegada en recepción, fue muy agradable y el caballero que nos atendió muy agradable, ágil y muy eficiente. Agradecer que al ser huésped en Junior Suite, con el servicio de Gold+ poder disfrutar de early check-in a partir de las 11:00h. Sobre la habitación comentar que me quedo corta diciendo que es espectacular. Habitación grande, moderna, cama y almohadas muy confortables y comodísimas y lo mejor... las espectaculares vistas. Sobre la comida: el desayuno y cena que era buffet, comentar que variado y muy bien. Pero aún mejor el almuerzo que es a la carta, en el restaurante Ondina y servido en mesa en un ambiente muy agradable y además disfrutar de las fantásticas vistas al mar mediterráneo. Sobre la piscina de adultos nos gustó que no estaba masificada y la temperatura del agua estaba perfecta.. en el jardín el Food Truck ¡que consideramos una buenísima idea! nuestra felicitación a Alberto que con tanto cariño nos atendía cada día y que tan buena mano tenía con la comida y con los súper batidos naturales que hacía. En el bar de la piscina también hemos disfrutado y todos los camareros muy atentos y agradables.. en especial mención a Vicente. En la cena el jefe de sala Ángel, también agradecerle que fuera tan atento así como todo su equipo Manuel Tamate y otra compañera que siento no recordar el nombre, especialmente simpáticos La única queja que tenemos y es una lástima porque creo que realmente no forma parte de la familia del hotel Pez Espada es de la señorita que está en el stand de Gibraltar… cuando bajaba a por un café a eso de las 10:30 de la mañana, nos retiraba a todos los que subíamos para agarrarse ella a la barandilla. Perplejos nos dejaba porque además de quitarnos y eso que nosotros subíamos por nuestra derecha, además no se dignaba a darnos las gracias. Por todo lo demás, sólo tenemos palabras de agradecimiento y decir que sin duda volveremos ¡gracias!

LAS CENAS.
BUENOS DIAS, SOY CLIENTE DE USTEDES DESDE HACE UNA DECADA Y SEGUIRÉ YENDO A SU HOTEL SIEMPRE QUE PUEDA. SÓLO PUNTUALIZAR UNAS CUESTIONES, A SABER NO ESTOY DEL TODO DE ACUERDO EN LA NUEVA NORMA DE PAGAR ANTES DE DISFRUTAR DE LA ESTANCIA, YA QUE ESTOY ADSCRITO AL PROGRAMA AMIGO CARD Y NO ME DAN OPCIÓN DE UTILIZAR LOS PUNTOS A MI ANTOJO, AUNQUE ESTOS SEAN UTILIZADOS PARA DESCUENTO DE LA FACTURA FINAL, PERO LO DECIDO YO. Y SEGUNDO PUNTO SIGO ECHANDO DE MENOS LA CALIDAD DEL BUFFET DE NOCHE QUE HABÍA ANTES DE LA PANDEMIA, ESTE AÑO HA MEJORADO UN POCO CON RESPECTO AL ANTERIOR, PERO SIGE SIN ALCANZAR MIS EXPECTATIVAS Y LAS QUE UN HOTEL DE ESTA CATEGORÍA DEBERÍA DE TENER. Y POR ULTIMO, LA ANIMACIÓN NOCTURNA DEBERÍA SER MAS ATRACTIVA PARA LOS CLIENTES, ACTUACIONES, DISCO, MUSICA EN DIRECTO, ETC. POR LO GENERAL, ENCANTADO DE HABER DISFRUTADO DE SUS INSTALACIONES Y SU AMABILISIMO PERSONAL. GRACIAS Y HASTA EL AÑO QUE VIENE.

Perfect family Holiday
This is by far the best hotel Ive stayed in. I stayed in some luxury hotels before but this one is way better overall. The staff has been amazing!! Im so happy my family and I stayed there. It was indeed a great experience. So good that we joined the MedPlaya amigo because we decided to go again. The staff has been very friendly, they moved us room one day because we requested one of the suites with garden. They were very fast, and that was with the pressure of us having to move quickly because we were going to a wedding that day. They left a bottle of cava and a cake for my wifes birthday and another one just because ❤️ Manuela is one of the staff in the kitchen. Shes a lovely person, and she was talking to my kids every morning, very happy and looking very well after us. Ouafae was amazing! Lovely girl. She looked after us every single day and was always happy and smiling. Shes the one that told us about many things in the hotel, including about the registration for the MedPlaya amigo card. Thank you so much, Ouafae! I couldnt get the names of the whole staff but there was a man that checked us in at 2 or 3 am when we arrived. He got us a bottle of wine to enjoy while the kids were sleeping. Also the people from the aqua Zumba, yoga and pilates. They were so much fun and wow they got the moves ???? Ill see you guys next year xx

Para repetir sin duda
Ya es la tercera vez que nos alojamos y sin duda repetiremos. Llevamos yendo desde hace 10 años a La Carihuela y este hotel es el mejor de toda la playa. Instalaciones, confort, calidad de la comida…pero sin duda hay que resaltar la amabilidad y profesionalidad de todo el personal, desde limpiadoras hasta recepcionistas sin olvidar a ningún empleado de los diferentes departamentos, aunque no los nombre a todos. Una mención especial a las divertidas chicas de animación Isa y Raquel que hacen lo imposible para animar el ambiente y hacer pasar un rato divertido y a Alberto Alarcón cocinero food truck. Gracias a todos ellos sin duda volveremos.

A great vacation
our room - beach junior suite - was big and beautiful. The lounge was great to relax in and drink a cold beverage. The hotel is just on the main promenade and there is a great beach just in front of it. the staff is friendly and helpful. the restaurant is a little bit crowded. I recomend this hotel for a great holiday.
