Return visit
Stayed here last year , great hotel on the beach front with a lift down to beach level. Have returned again this October it was just as good . Being an adults only hotel you can relax around the poolside quietly. We have already decided to return next October . Tried to book before we left but price tariff not yet available for October . Recommend.

My wife and I stayed at the Medplaya Riviera during the last week of August 2019. It was her birthday and staff were fantastic sorting everything for me. The hotel is excellent and location fantastic, right next to the beach. It was our first time doing half board and as the chef used to say some evenings the food was yum,yum ????. Roof top has an amazing chill out area and pool was excellent. The gym,spa were also fantastic and we even got a free spa pass. From the moment to arrival to departure we loved everything about this place. All staff in all areas were very helpful,polite and courteous and really make the difference from having a good holidayhotel to a great holidayhotel. I even noticed the cleaning lady educated us on recycling when we asked to dispose of a waste bag. Attention to detail and great staff thank you..

Love this hotel
We transferred from a 3 to this hotel as we werent happy. Couldnt believe the difference. The Riveira is definitely 4 . Friendly staff always happy to help. Great location and above all the cleanliness was excellent. Would definitely recommend. Slightly older clientele but this didnt bother us. Beautiful pool and views of the ocean. Great breakfast and only disappointment was the dinner was a little hit and miss but great variety.

Room location request not considered.
This was our second stay. 1st stay placed us opposite a hotel which was a building site and we requested move to other side which was done after 2 days. This year we requested high floor room on marina side but were given low floor room on other side. This despite booking many many months before our stay. No explanation given for this. Next year we will probably stay at the Bali unless we can be guaranteed the room of our choice. Riviera is a great hotel in every other respect. Thank you.
