Regente March 22
I really cannot fault our stay at the Regente.The transfers from the airport were on time and the executive buses were great. At the hotel we arrived after evening meal but we were offered a sandwich in the bar.Our room was everything we asked for low floor,pool view, walk in Shower and a double bed. Service and food were great and strict enforcement of covid rules was good. Entertainment was something for everyone which in low season was much appreciated. If I have one complaint it is that the two lifts are slow and waiting time can be long.New or extra lifts would be beneficial.

good hotel
hotel was very clean staff very friendly and helpful.breakfast was ok but found lunch and evening meal cold and lacked choice we ate out in the evening

Regente stay
I normally stay in the flamingo oasis so it was my first time staying at the regente. Overall it was a great stay.

GOOD HOTEL
The Regente has been modernised since my last visit and looks great. The staff are all super friendly with the exception of one older bar man who was on during the day - not friendly at all. The snacks consisted only of toasties and crisps. Evening entertainment was weak some live shows and quizzes. Nacho the entertainment guy puts a lot of effort into all the entertainment. Food was good. I would stay here again but prefer the Flamingo Oasis.

Lovely hotel
The only let down is lack of quality entertainment and the food choices are limited. Everything else is great.The reception staff namely Juan is fantastic.

Great Medplaya Hotels
We live in Spain and use the Medplaya hotels when visiting Benidorm. The hotel never disappoints, always friendly staff from the welcome to leaving.

February in the Regente
My wife and i have just spent 10 days at the Hotel Regente, we have had a lovely stay staff are so friendly and cant help you enough, our room was comfortable and clean, food was good also, so no complaints at all about this great hotel, we will be back later this year.

Would definitely return
Great location All hotel staff are friendly & polite, Best hotel staff we have ever come across Make you so comfortable esp in dinning room. Where staff are lovely Everything was sprayed and cleaned as you left. Suzanna the med playa rep is so helpful And very efficient, goes out her way to help you .very impressed with her. We would definitely return
