Nice hotel
We had a lovely time at hotel Regente . We had difficulties with our arrival date and had to change arrival day to following day . This was well accommodated and very helpful reception staff. We found our room small but clean and met all our needs very well. The air conditioning was excellent and extras provided in bathroom were brilliant touch . The hotel was fairly busy and this made it difficult to access the lifts at busy meal times causing a wait of fifteen minutes on occasions . We were able to use stairs but we had a pram which made this necessary to use and wait on lift for meal times . Staff were lovely apart from Kini who worked in restaurant and was so cheeky and unfriendly at every encounter with her. Augustin was an excellent restaurant manager and nothing was too much trouble for him . He is an asset to the hotel and I would appreciate that he would know of this feedback . The star in the crown of Regente is Natxos who is all round entertainer . He was so caring and noticed my grandchild was only English speaking child in hotel and he went above and beyond his duty to involve her for which we are truly grateful . ! He deserves great recognition for his role in your company hotel . Thank you so much for a wonderful time and we do hope to return .

El personal de limpieza ángeles encantadora y la habitación muy limpia todos los días Personal de recepcióncomedor cafeteros encantadores muy.Buen . Trato El socorriste la Marcos muy agradable y servicial La el desayunocomidacena poca variedad repetitiva La animación para mi gusto le faltó un poco más de espectáculos o música en directo …. Como si que visto En otros hoteles de la misma cadena hotelera en los que e Estado Por lo demás una estancia agradable en el hotel repetiremos seguramente cn otros hoteles de la cadena

Calidad-precio peefecto
Estuvimos durante 6 noches, en régimen de todo incluido, todo perfecto, Nacho el animador no puede ser más gracioso i simpático, el socorrista marcos también super atento a todo i muy amable, el personal de limpieza i cocina igual, cabe destacar a Agustín de comedor, un hombre muy alegre i atento. Tema covid, todo con sus medidas i todo el mundo con mascarilla i bien señalizado. Volveremos sin duda alguna.

Hotel Regente
We,use this hotel quite often as it suits all our needs and because we had accrued a large number of Amigo points which surprisingly paid for our 2 night stay. This hotel never lets us down and Juan & Roberto at the reception desk are always ready to give us a warm welcome. We will definitively be booking the hotel on a regular basis so, cant wait for our next visit. Just one small complaint - the entertainment on the 18th July didnt include any singing but, we did enjoy the quiz.
