Horario piscina
Nos ha parecido todo fenomenal salvo el horario guiri de la piscina. cierre 18:00. Nos ha parecido un poco tempranero.

El hotel precioso muy bonito todas las instalaciones la comida muy buena pero poca variedad y lo q no me q gustado es la vistas q me an dado las peores habiendome costado bastante dinero ya que tenía la pulsera oró y sobretodo muy descontento con el todo incluido oró o plus como me se llame ya q en todos los hoteles q e Estado el agua para beber es de botella para eso págs el todo incluido

Estimado Ramón, Nos alegra que disfrutara su estancia en el hotel Flamingo Oasis y que estuvo contento con la comida del buffet y las instalaciones. La recepción siempre intenta asignar las habitaciones según las peticiones de nuestros clientes pero siempre está sujeto a disponibilidad. Entendemos que mirando hacía abajo desde su balcón no tenía muy buenas vistas con las obras del hospital pero tambien ofrece vistas preciosas de las montañas. Por motivos medio ambientales, no usamos botellas de agua en el Todo Incluido. El agua se sirve en vasos (agua filtrada igual que la embotellada) y lamentamos que no estuvo contento con esto. Cada vez más hoteles hacen de esta forma ya que todos tenemos que poner de nuestra parte. Esperamos poder darle de nuevo la bienvenida a Benidorm y a los hoteles de la cadena MedPlaya. Probably the best Hotel in Benidorm
The most important part of my holiday is a comfortable bed and a really good shower, closely followed by excellent customer service and you get this and more at the Flamingo Oasis. The food was lovely and plenty of choice. Rooms were spacious with generous balconies. Free air conditioning and Wi-Fi are the hallmarks of a quality hotel and this hotel had both. The pool area was great and although there was a stampede for the sun beds a couple of mornings there were ALWAYS sufficient extra beds and space to take a leisurely stroll down when you wanted to laze in the sun. Pool temperature was perfect and the entertainment team kept everyone happy from water aerobics to evening entertainment. Could I offer any constructive criticism? Use of safes could be free as it costs nothing for the hotel to offer this. All in all though, it was such a good holiday we have booked to come back in September. This will be our 4th visit and the first to enjoy staying in the Club apartments which although more expensive us sure to meet our expectations in full…again!

Benidorm
The Flamingo Oasis is a great all inclusive option for a stay in Benidorm if you are not too fussy about food, service or adult entertainment. I upgraded my room to a club class hoping for better service - any service would have been nice- but unfortunately the service level and the food selection was the same, acceptable but not worthy of a 4star hotel rating. The only positive about the club class level is access to the top floor adult only pool area. There is a bar upstairs but don’t expect service - go get your own drink and no food options. It was a great stay in Benidorm but for me personally I won’t be back to this particular property. I’m not really sure how it earned a 4 star rating - 3 star family hotel would be my rating.

We aim to offer our guests a fantastic holiday experience and we usually receive very high ratings from our guests and we are very sorry to hear that there were aspects of your stay that you were not happy with. The Flamingo Oasis meet with all 4 star criteria thanks to our great facilities and we are sorry that you were not entirly happy in spite of this. The roof top bar has a barman all day, on some occasions he/she may have to leave to perform other work task for a few minutes but is shortly back behind the bar. Buffet desayuno
Creo que deberíais hacer el desayuno con franjas horarias. Es decir dividir a las personas en franjas elegidas por los huéspedes acorde a disponibilidad. Mi estancia ha sido maravillosa y estamos encantados pero el último día yo creo que el tema desayuno estaba desbordado, igual fue algo puntual.

Lugar agradable, limpio, y original
Estuvimos 1 noche por tema de un familiar ingresado en el hospital, el hotel, personal agradable, respetuoso, profesional. Limpio , nos sentimos muy bien el poco tiempo que pudimos estar, volveremos en otra ocasión para disfrutar de vacaciones. Es un lugar donde se puede recomendar , y las camas se descansa muy bien Gracias

Everything good but the food
The staff is fantastic. Helpful and serviceminded. The food was tasteless and boring. It felt like we were in England instead of Spain. We stayed at the hotel for 1 week and the food was very much the same.

Discoteca

Queremos aclarar que las bebidas en la discoteca Fiesta Flamingo también están incluidas en el Todo Incluido. A las 00.00 termina el Todo Incluido y hay que pagar las bebidas pero hasta esta hora, el Todo Incluido es valido en el bar. Muchas gracias por dejar su reseña.
