Darle la enhorabuena por la atención recibida a Teo y Fina comedor, Rodrigo Bar y Ana limpieza. Nos encanto el Todo Incluido!!. Para ponerle algún pero....la animación era toda en inglés y no entendíamos nada y las almohadas de las habitaciones estandars eran incomodas, aunque les pusieras dos almohadas te despertabas al día siguiente con dolor de cuello.

Nice Hotel
Nice hotel in a good location away from the all the noise. Great food and very comfortable. No major issues.

Great hotel
This was our second stay here this year. The staff are outstanding and the club room facilities amazing. What does let them down is the entertainment. I know this is a family hotel but the majority of guests are adults but sadly the only adult entertainment is the old fogies piano bar or the disco which doesn’t start till midnight. The piano bar would be a perfect venue for a band and dancing.

Has been better
Been coming here for over 10 years now, this was my 5th visit, 3rd visit as a club guest. The club benefits are great! The quality of entertainment has dropped drastically. The hotel’s own entertainment team are great, work so hard, and should be used a lot more like they used to, rather than the numerous poor quality tribute acts that are on now! The food quality has also dropped, many meals are quite bland, & the repitition is ridiculous, there was roast beef carvery 3 or 4 times in a week! Also the wifi is very weak! Used to work well when it was exclusive to club but now its not worth trying to use! The bizarre rule of not being allowed to take drinks from the lounge to your room also needs reviewed, i understand it being there if people are going over the top & filling there own fridge but most just like a few drinks while getting ready in the evening. We also noticed families were allocated rooms in club, when it is supposed to be adults only?!! Apart from my negative comments, it is otherwise a great hotel & i would like to see some of these issues rectified before i would return.

Hi Donald, Thank you for leaving your comments about your stay at the Flamingo Oasis. Your feedback is of the utmost importance to us and your comments have been sent on to the hotel manager. Families are not allocated rooms on the Club floors and only guests over the age of 18 years old are allowed on these floors. We are very sorry if other guests might have invited family members or friends up to their room. We assure you that if the staff is made aware of this, it will be dealt with. Unfortunately, we cannot allow guests to take drinks out of the Club lounge. As yourself, most guests would only take 1 drink out of the lounge to enjoy it in the room, but we have unfortunately had a few too many issues with guests stocking up their suitcases with bottles from the lounge so at the time being this rule will not be changed. It is very unfortunate that a few will spoil it for everyone but we hope that our guests will understand why we need to have this rule. We are pleased that in spite of these issues you had a good holiday with us and we sincerely hope that you will give the Flamingo Oasis another chance on your next Benidorm visit. Our Stay
We booked last minute for 5 days during the school summer holidays, we were expecting it to be busy & it was absolutely manic, could not fault the staff, animation team & food. Our room was upgraded on arrival which was lovely with everything you could need only downside families who should know how to behave unfortunately fighting in room & corridor and arguing on balconies very late at night, maybe security would be better used monitoring the corridors late at night, however the feral people did not ruin our stay.
