Halloween
Fuímos por el puente de Halloween ya que anunciaban actividades variadas para los niños a lo largo del día. Sin embargo nos quedamos un poco decepcionados ya que solo hacian cosas entre las 12 y las 4 de la tarde. La verdad es que las aninadoras eran muy majas pero no cumplió nuestras expectativas ya que ponía que harían juegos talleres, manualidades, ...y al final pues no hubo gran cisa a parte de jugar al billar, ping pong y algún otro baile. Por las noches las actuaciones eran u n rollo soberano a base de cantantes británicos que no valían nada. Se salva la noche del domingi con la cena temática y el pasaje del terror. Ahí sí que se lo curraron. Estuvo todo genial salvo los juegos que hicieron antes de pasar al pasaje y la actuació de no sé que Jesse o Jenny que te hacía daño a los oídos. Por lo demás las habutaciones familiares están genial, aunque los colchones son un poco duros y la luz de la nevera mokesta por la noche. También podrían colocar persiana o estor opaco en la zona de las 2 camas pequeñas porque enseguida entra luz por la mañana. Aunque hay 2 TV una por zona en la nuestra una de ellas no iba. La terraza es grande pero se agradecería un tenedero más grande. Hay muchos aramarios lo cual está fenomenal sobre todo si se va a estar muchos días. El baño estuoendo grande con 2 lavabos, espacio para colocar neceseres y lo mejor de todo una ducha y que dejan albirnoces y zapatillas de cortesía. La señora de la limpieza de nuestra planta 7 súper agradable y trabajadora dejaba impecable la habitación. Nos lo pasamos muy bien y encima con el bono viaje nos salió muy bien de precii.

Perfect.
This was our first time coming to Benidorm, and we were surprised at how much we enjoyed it here. Check-in was swift and professional the key was ready almost immediately, and we were even given a complimentary bottle of wine during the check-in process, which was a lovely gesture. It made us feel very special and the wine was lovely too. Definitely helped take the edge off after a long journey. We received a room on the 11th floor with a beautiful view of the Benidorm skyline. The room was very tidy, the beds were clean and comfortable, and the room was very spacious. Admittedly, we werent going to spend loads of time there, but its good to have a spacious area to come back to at nighttime. And the view of the skyline when its dark outside? Absolutely staggering. We went for breakfast in the morning and there was a vast variety of food available there was genuinely something for everyone, ranging from your standard English breakfast, continental options, and vegetarianvegan options too. You could probably bring the worlds pickiest eater here, and theyd leave with their stomach full. The breakfast area was very spacious and made for a comfortable breakfast experience. We had dinner included in our booking too, and the selection of food available was very extensive, similar to the breakfast. However, the food was different every evening, so every time we had dinner, we were trying something different that the hotel offered. With it being a buffet, you could eat as much as you liked, and there was seemingly no shortage of food during our time there. With the amount of food available there, they likely couldve fed the entirety of Benidorm with food left over. The staff was very friendly and accommodating during the entire stay. When we attended the dinner, the manager greeted us every evening which was a nice touch. All the staff were very professional, dressed smartly and took pride in their role, but were also very chatty and polite. They were very helpful too and took on a can do attitude consistently. The male attendants were very attractive too, which is always a plus not for my husband!. The swimming pool was very clean and tidy, with a lifeguard watching the pool on every occasion. This made us feel very safe as we went with our 6-year-old son who doesnt know how to swim yet. After dinner, the hotel offered some evening entertainment which was amazing! We really enjoyed every show they put on which ranged from an Abba tribute show, a Michael Jackson tribute show, and a rock n roll night, amongst others. Often, the performers were singing popular songs, so everyone in the crowd could join in. During the shows, there was a bar where you could get drinks, where I had the pina colada of my life. Overall, we were stunned by how good the hotel was. We dont have a single bad thing to say about it and we will most certainly be coming back as soon as we can. Every part of the experience was flawless and it was the most fun weve had in a long time. Amazing, exceptional, stunning, staggering, spine-tingling, incredible. 1010, A+++, top grade!

Estancia perfecta
Pasamos el puente de Halloween con familia y amigos en el hotel. Todo ha sido estupendo, la habitación, el personal, la comida, la animación. La cena temática de Halloween fue genial, con comida ambientada para la ocasión y personajes terroríficos amenizando la velada. Después hubo espectáculo y un túnel del terror muy bien logrado que daba bastante miedo. Recomendable 100

Mainly a family hotel

Fabulous hotel, but the waiting time for lifts are horrendous, 5 lifts for 13 floors 468 rooms. The internet leaves a lot to be desired.

was a very nice hotel ,the only complaint I have . we were put in the back of hotel first floor ,and the noice of the generators heating for kitchens was so load I did not sleep .
