New Year break
Lovely staff, clean and a great location. Even better if there was an indoor pool during cooler months. A good variety of food but small tweaks would make a difference e.g better sausage and bacon if you prefer an English breakfast option. Fresh meat cooked daily and an excellent salad bar and dessert bar. Restaurant staff were really polite and attentive.

Lovely as usual
Been 16 times over the years. Can always rely on the Rio Park lovely hotel what makes it so special is the staff. They are professional but lovely and friendly and helpful. The food is good there’s a microwave if you want it hotter as catering for so many can cause it to need heating up sometimes but the quality is good. Rooms are lovely. Only critism would be entertainment wasn’t as good as in the past but every other aspect 100 and 10 percent would recommend this hotel to everyone.

4 day Stay
All good and enjoyed òur stay being our 6th Xmas at the same hotel. Room furnishings have improved to a higher standard. Only minor complaint ou heating wouldnt work on first day and Entertainment not up to usual standard as in the old days

Short Christmas break
I only stayed 2 nights at the hotel but everything for me personally was very satisfactory - check-in and room good. The reception, bar, restaurant, cleaning and entertainment staff are all top notch at the Rio Park

forever gratefull for assistance in illness
we were recently in room 131 and my husband was taken very ill on the last nights stay ,i had to go to reception for assistance and two main staff came to help get my husband of the floor ,they called the doctor for me ,who was also a fantastic man ,and my husband was rushed to hospital ,hes a very ill man with heart and respitory problems and is now back home with me ,i can only thank the staff that helped me and thank you all very much for the wonderfull 4 days we stayed with you ,i have stayed many times over the years and always enjoyed your hotel and hope to be back next christmas the prospect for my husband isnt good so fingers crossed i was lucky enough to win the auction for a free nights stay which i will be passing on to my son for his help also .THANK YOU ALL ONCE AGAIN FOR A WONDERFULL VIST AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE MANY REGARDS SUE AND JIM BERRY

Hot food required
On a number of occasions food could have been hotter. When this was pointed out to Don on the entrance to the restaurant he said Yes we know blaming the fact they are not allowed to use halogen lights now to keep the food hot. Suggestion turn the ban-marie up hotter.

Excellent stay
Always enjoyed eating at the rio Park, so to stay there foe a few nights was a bonus. Really enjoyed it, would recommend it, and so look forward to staying again in the future.

Rio park
Ive been coming to rio park for over 20 years, its my second home. Always a warm and friendly atmosphere. Staff are the best, would not stay anywhere else. Alway book direct with Carron.

Short break with family fromUK
Great service from start to finish.Sharon at reception had allocated us the rooms we requested.Abby was very attentive also and polite.Food as usual very good.Rooms spotless.Lady at sports bar put the football I wanted to see on Thursday night so didn’t have to leave hotel.All in all a great hotel which. I think is the best in Med Playa group.Lastly a mention to Carren at Amigo club for sorting my points out.Hope to return in February next year.
