Love this hotel
Our third Christmas and new year there and already booked 2024 for Christmas and new year. Lovely hotel, rooms kept very clean, nothing too much trouble for any members of staff. Food and entertainment improved since last year. Booked again for a quick break in June

Shame about entertainment
Hotel spotless..staff helpful and friendly. Food OK nothing to write home about. Entertainment poor..if the entertainment guy would get off his phone and interact a bit more with guests it may be helpful definitely needs looking into or a replacement found!!

Excellent stay at the Riudor
Stayed at the Riudor many times over the years so we decided to go again for Christmas and New Year, Thoroughly enjoyed it, until other guests came in from another hotel which had to close. Especially One couple who were two ladies they where just out to cause trouble and ruin everyone’s evening on a night time when the entertainment was on. The main lady of the two would shout out stupid remarks in a very high pitch voice so she was noticed, everyone was fed up with them. They were vaping at the table and one of the other guests asked her to stop as the smell was horrible, she even assaulted another holiday guest in the toilet New Year’s Eve, it was never ending They were reported many times to management, but this didn’t stop them, so they just carried on trying to ruin people’s holidays. Im not going let this ruin any future holidays we have booked at the Riudor, as we really like staying at the hotel but if they are there next year then I won’t be returning. Apart from the above all the staff, especially the Bar staff are amazing in this hotel. The food is sometimes repetitive and sometimes not very hot, but if you don’t mind using the microwave then there is one to use. I think there could be improvement on the food We will be returning in the summer!!

Above & Beyond
Booked this through the Medplaya website at short notice. We had a slight issue with the free transfer offer, which on arrival, was compensated beyond any expectation. The whole xmas experience in the hotel, for us, was exceptional with the staff throughout the hotel, helpful & friendly. Our only criticism, the minority of guests treating the staff like st, its a pity the staff cant leave reviews on guests. Thank you for a wonderful week....

Gorgeous hotel
We have stayed at the Riudor many many times and and will stay again. Food was ok , but not very warm Shower perfect but for disabled there needs to be another hand rail towards the entrance Maybe increase the size of the dressing gowns Everything else wonderful. See you 2024 M Stonehouse

Promete mucho más de lo que ofrece
Para empezar, en la web te dicen que te regalan una botella de vino al reservar, pero no es cierto. Está muy orientado al público extranjero, sobretodo alemanes e ingleses, mayores de 60 años. Por tanto, si eres joven, seguro te aburrirás.

nice but could be better
i have stayed here a week for the last 4 years since it has been refurbished it is spotless clean staff work very hard never stop location is perfect for nightlife if you like that thing as can be noisy sometimes late at night only negative is the entertainment i think the singers practice the same old songs never changes i was born in the sixties like a lot of the music that era but maybe a little bit more modern songs would help or even put a comedian on as it’s a adult hotel only anyway a bit more variety would help
