3th time in this hotel
Vd 3e keer naar dit geweldige hotel geweest, dit keer in een suite gelogeerd Wat ons dit keer erg tegenviel waren de grote groepen jongeren die vooral s nachts erg luidruchtig thuis komen, nog nooit dit eerder in dit hotel meegemaakt. Erg jammer en niet passend v dit hotel. Ontbijt en diner weer prima verzorgd, echt top dat je bij het diner a la carte kan eten en bij het ontbijt div verschillende soorten eieren en pannenkoeken kan bestellen. Wat wel jammer was dat het diner paar keer niet in het restaurant boven geserveerd werd, maar beneden. Suite super mooi en sfeervol met goede bedden en ruim leefgedeelte en erg mooie badkamer. Ondanks de herrie vd groepen komen we zeker weer terug in de hoop dat de receptie hier iets aan doet.

We waarderen uw positieve opmerkingen over de suite, het ontbijt en het diner, evenals uw begrip voor de incidentele veranderingen in de dineerlocatie. Het spijt ons echter zeer te horen over het ongemak veroorzaakt door de groepen jongeren die 's nachts luidruchtig thuiskomen. We begrijpen volledig dat dit niet in overeenstemming is met de sfeer die we willen bieden in ons hotel. MedPlaya Hotels offer guests who are staying with us in Benidorm, for 6 nights or more, a free Economy Connect Shuttle transfer to and from Alicante airport.
To qualify for a free Economy Connect Shuttle transfer your booking must be made through our website www.medplaya.com more than 36 hours prior to arrival date and meet with the 6 night minimum stay requirement.
After confirming your hotel reservation you will be able to add your shuttle transfer Economy Connect completely free of charge.
