Reeds meermaals bezocht

Wij verbleven er reeds voor de 6de maal . Het hotel is erg netjes , het personeel is vriendelijk . Onze kamer junior suite was super . Het eten is ok voor ons maar kan beter . Het enig minpuntje is de ligging , het ligt wel vlak aan de promenade wat heel leuk is maar in de directe omgeving valt er niet veel te beleven . Maar als je van rust houdt ben je hier zeker aan het juiste adres ! Kortom: een aanrader !!

Zu empfehlen

Super Lage! Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Sauberkeit im Zimmer war gut, auf den Gängen könnte es etwas sauberer sein. Frühstück gut. Es gab von allem und es wurde sofort nachgefüllt, wenn etwas ausgegangen war. Weitere Mahlzeiten können nicht beurteilt werden, da nur mit Frühstück gebucht. Wir würden dieses Hotel wieder wählen und können es weiterempfehlen!

Another great stay

Junior suite with superb views and the low chairs on the balcony were willingly changed on request. Reception staff most helpful as were those in the restaurant and Ouafae in the lounge was her usual cheerful self. Our cleaner was top class, and all her colleagues were so friendly. Food was good, the hotel siting is just about perfect and all the children were well behaved so what more could you want from a holiday Hasta el noviembre, amigos

Great stay !

I was there with my parents and we loved it. We loved the hotel, the lounges, the Sinatra bar. We enjoyed the food at the buffet, every diner there were different dishes. The pool was great, the gym was nice could use a bit of cleaning. I agree that the room was just quickly cleaned during our 7 days-stay no vacuum or no sheets changed. The staff was really noce, especially at the restaurant. Thank you we had a great time !

A very wet holiday

We had the worse weather I’ve ever had holiday but the hotel couldn’t help that staff were lovely and hotel a first class experience it’s a pity that we didn’t find larger bar until our last day as Frankie’s bar was lovely but so small

Our Favourite hotel

We love this hotel and have stayed here several times and are always happy to return. The food is great and most of the staff are lovely. This time it was a special birthday for my husband and he received to our room a lovely bottle of bubbly and a cake. So thoughtful. The room we had this time was quite noisy and to be honest I didnt think the cleaning was up to the usual standard. Perhaps that was my fault because I always make the beds rather than have the Cleaning staff do it for us and as a result the room wasnt hoovered during our stay for the week neither were the sheets changed. However, we will definitely return again, God willing, because we love the Pez Espada and there was no serious issues during our stay. Well done again to all the Staff.

Junior Suite

We stayed in a Junior Suite, with a great sea view. Room was large and comfortable. Food was really good in the hotel but very little Gluten Free options. Gold Lounge access is also a great bonus but I would suggest to keep the water fridge topped up more regularly. It was always empty in the evening. The kids really enjoyed the kids club. The staff there were great!! Isa was great with the kids!
