Holiday
Had a great holiday food was lovely, only fault was the staff on the bar and restaurant could have been friendlier

Top stay!!
Had another great stay at rio park for Bank Holiday long weekend its never long enough! Had lovely superior room again on 10th floor & breakfasts are great! This was my 3rd time this year & Im back here again in 6 weeks so that says it all x

Excelentes vacaciones
Nos ha encantado todo, lo pasamos genial. La animación para los peques y mayores estupenda, muy divertida, eso sí en inglés, una manera de practicarlo en España. Es BeniYork, por lo exagerado en todo. Pero el hotel es familiar y se respeta los horarios de descanso. Repetiremos.

Great holiday as always
Always use this hotel as it’s a great location and the staff are really friendly. Family have been coming to the hotel for years and it’s always the same friendly faces you see behind the bars and in the dining room. Looking forward to seeing the finished refurbishments next year as it can only add to an already great hotel x

reception
from the minute we arrived at 12-00pm we had nothing but problems with the man behind the desk,at first he was ignorent about us booking in to early but we knew we could not get to our rooms until 2-pm but just wanted to put our luggage in the lockup,after that when we went to reception to book in he kept insisting that we had only booked in a basic room when we knew that we had booked one of the new rooms on a high floor facing pool in room for two adults and one child,we shown him our booking forms and he said it was a mistake by us until my daughter tracey burton showed him our booking what she had booked us in with her mobile phone.eventually he aggread that it was medplayas fault and it was problem with computer,eventually we got to our room that was supposed to be ready where the cleaner was just finishing cleaning the room but had not to make bed for our grandchild,down again to reception where we had to wait as there was lots of other people booking in,eventually we got back to our roomwhat was very nice but there was only towels for two people,only drinks for two people in the fridge and had to go back to reception for code to use the safe,we have never had problems like this before in the flamingo oasis or the regente,we will not book into the rio park again

Los españoles existimos
Es normal q se dedique al pueblo inglés ja q el 80 por ciento lo eran pero la animación estaba dedicada 100 por 100 .por lo demás nos gustó mucho y la amabilidad de los trabajadores inmejorable.

Brilliant stay
We loved the week at had with you in August with the summer time ball being the highlight what a day. Everything was brilliant, entertainment was amazing our little girl lexie was made up. The food was a bit repetitive and not much for children at all. I wouldnt book a club superior again as I cant see much difference to the superior wet stayed in may, I feel that I was a bit mislead with the advertising of that room and could have stayed in the cheaper room not knowing the difference. The club superior rooms and the superior rooms are exactly the same, the only difference is that the club rooms have the extras included in them such as the safe, fridge, tea/coffee facilities, towel hire service. Very good value
I have returned to the Rio Park on many occasions, with wife and children, children and grandkids, as a single and with friends and have always found it good value for money, good entertainment generally something for everyone. Have always found the staff to be helpful and courteous except for a few newer staff this year who in all honesty have little by way of customer awareness, an example would be 2 bar staff having a conversation between themselves while people are waiting to be served and being ignored, this happened on more than one occasion, it doesnt make customers feel valued The food was intermittently fair to good, breakfast very good but I do think dinner, over the last few years the quality is dropping. Cleanliness of bedroom and chambermaids work is first class.

Esta muy bien
Lo unico que no me gusto mucho fue la calidad en algunos productos de comer que se aquieren en la cafeteria del area de la piscina, creo que algunos de estos productos pueden tener mucho mejor calidad......como el bocata en particular.......Creo que la calidad-precio esta algo desfasada en general. Por esto es que creo que muchos clientes van fuera del hotel a comer, he visto a muchos salir sobre la hora de la comida y de hecho entrar con las bolsas de comida.
