Super friendly and helpful staff

Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and helpful. I would like to especially mention Virginia, the Customer Services Manager, who helped me and my 90+ year-old parents on two occasion. She was very patient and explained our options clearly, helping to make our stay the best it could be. The hotel is very clean with lots of facilities that cater to a wide range of guests. My only quibble would be the lack of vegetables for dinner. As someone who does not eat meat or fish this meant I had very limited options beyond the salad bar. All in all we had a wonderful time here.

Our holiday

We had a month long holiday and the staff were excellent and friendly. The food was very good and a great choice. The girls cleaning the rooms were kind and helpful. The swimming pool was life guarded and safe

Winter Sun

As usual an excellent stay. Excellent food, staff,bar staff,reception staff, cleaners. Only let down was the entertainment.Either Childrens Disco or Adult Game it used to be both!Nothing happening until 21.30 and the shows are only 45 minutes and have not changed since Victor left! This needs to improve greatly to encourage us to come back with our 4 granddaughters.

Cada vez peor....

Suelo ir cada vez q puedo escapar del curro . Igual q siempre.... execto q la comida ha bajado en calidad antes ponían y nunca había bandeja bacia. Ahora te quitan la comida antes de tiempo.bandeja vacías ,un montón de gente más de la puede el hotel atender.... pero por lo demás bien... prsonal bueno hacían todo lo q podían para la gente q había.

Always good

We have stayed at this hotel for over 30 times so obviously we like it. The staff are really fantastic although some, like Antonio have recently retired. The only critical thing to mention is that on a Thursday night in the restaurant there is now an awful singer, far too noisy, !por favor dejar mi in paz! Already booked our return. Estancia con niños

Nuestra estancia a sido corta pero bueno, relación calidad precio buena,limpieza de 10 pero teníamos en la habitación una pequeña invasión de hormigas, comida con variedad de cosas, en cuanto a los trabajadores muy amables y pendientes en todo momento. Nunca habíamos estado.

Viaje familiar

Todo estupendo lo único la comida que no hay mucha variedad pero todo genial repetiremos
