Vacaciones

Puedo decir que tiene unas instalaciones que están muy bien . Pero x ejemplo las piscinas muy pegada la de niños pequeños con la de mayores , tenias q tener mucho cuidado xq en un segundo se te iban a la piscina grande, lo tendrían que tener o más separado o vallado, como lo vallan a la noche pero todo el día. Los colchones muy incómodos se clavaban los muelles por todo el cuerpo , le hacen falta un cambio. Las habitaciones eran grandes, espaciosas y una buena terraza. Las actuaciones muy flojas y no mencionar q no hablaban en español en ninguna , exo solo para los extranjeros, en todo el hotel los 6 días q estuvimos no encontré ningún español. Y hablamos de la comida … desayunos genial, comida no mucho q elegir, sobre todo al ir con un niño de un año y medio casi no tenia para elegir, lo peor de las comidas Paellas y fideuá duras y malas no comestibles cambiar al cocinero de ello, los postres buenísimos. Merienda todo fritanga , ni una triste fruta para darle a mi hijo , tuve q hablar con el jefe de comedor para consultar la situación y tengo q decir q fue muy atento y me lo soluciono y ya pude darle fruta todos los días , me paso con el agua , no te dan agua del tiempo ni botellines y yo quería para mi hijo darle del tiempo y también me lo solucionaron y me dieron en cada comida un botellón de agua para el , en eso estuvieron muy atentos la verdad. La cena pues también normales., pero bueno siempre teníamos algo para elegir.

Amazing hotel

Can never fault this hotel we have stayed many times over the last 7 years and we won’t stay anywhere else the staff are lovely the hotel is very clean and the choice of food is great

Very Enjoyable

Very enjoyable stay. Well worth the upgrade. Couple of things that would have improved the stay, would be an information booklet in the room or on the TV screen, also a non-slip mat in the shower. Otherwise a lovely stay. Thank You All.

3rd visit still a nice hotel

3rd visit to the flamingo oasis twice in the club rooms,I felt they have slightly gone down a bit only because last time we had walk in showers and slippers and robes and the decor in our room was getting a bit shabby maybe a re furb is on the cards also our air con didn’t work even after we reported it and as it was very hot it was uncomfortable at night trying to sleep.However the food the whole time was fantastic with plenty of choice,we had two or three rude unhelpful staff dotted around the place but all others were friendly.The entertainment wasn’t too bad also sometimes not to everyone’s taste.The location is a 15 minute walk to the noisy part of Benidorm but not too bad when you get there but very packed but nice during the day.On the downside the hospital next door to our hotel is doing major building works and the noise of the pile drivers, lorries and diggers was horrible at 8am in the morning and then in early evening and I can see it going on for a year or so as it gets higher as they are still putting in the foundations.Overall the hotel is still very good and the brand name drinks and great food is the reason we will book again soon for next year and we hope we get a walk in shower and a room on the 24th floor as the wait for the lift can be annoying at times,overall all of my party enjoyed themselves,thankyou oasis

Hi Christopher, Thank you for sharing your views with us on your stay at the Flamingo Oasis. We would like to clarify that the last time you stayed with us, you stayed in a Club Suite. The Club Suites are situated on the 24th floor and these rooms have whirlpool baths as well as seperate showers. The Club rooms are situated on floors 21-23 and most of these have baths and some have walk-in showers instead of the baths. Medplaya Flamingo Oasis Benidorm

I really enjoyed my stay at the Flamingo Oasis hotel. I stayed on an all inclusive basis and i found the food on offer very good. The entertainment on offer was also very good. I was travelling with my daughters aged 11 and they really enjoyed their stay. The only thing that i found annoying was that the majority of sun loungers could not be adjusted, and only lie flat. This can make if difficult to read or to relax by the pool whilst trying to watch the kids in the pool. Overall i really enjoyed my stay. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others and i look forward to staying with you again.

Stay

Location ideal ,my brother Carol mcdermott was staying in a club class room but my room was better , he was not impressed ,found that reception bar area got very loud and sum what aggressive especially on the Saturday when local police were called due to family’s drinking to much during the day

Our standard rooms and our Club rooms are quite similarly decorated but the Club rooms have some extras in the room as well as access to additional facilities such as the roof top terrace and the Club lounge. We are very sorry to hear that another guests caused problems but be assured that the hotel takes this very serious and will not accept this kind of behaviour. Groups

Hi I have stayed in this hotel many times, however on this visit I found that there were a lot of groups of men and women which I understood were not allowed according to the website. It was very noisy especially in the bar area and round the pool. Also I was not happy with were the club restaurant is now situated. Thanks Jon

Hi Jonathan, Thank you for again choosing the Flamingo Oasis for your holiday. Our hotels are not recommended for stag and hen parties nor do we encourage these bookings. However, as these bookings are done separately we cannot control who makes the bookings. According to law, we cannot discriminate any groups but any guests that do not follow the rules of the hotel and respect staff and other guests will be asked to leave. Flaming Oasis

a couple of hiccups when we arrived, no table on balcony no bath towels in room& towel rail broken but these were soon put right.Also building work going on directly below us, but obviously not the hotels fault. cant fault the rest of our break, food and drink esp. the food top notch as always. staff generally polite & friendly although one bar staff member in a blue shirt on the main foyer bar is the exception, rude, pretty ignorant & stingy with her drinks as well, youd think it was coming out of her pocket! overall a great stay again

1. INTRODUCTION

At MedPlaya, our customers are our top priority. That's why we have developed the all-new MedPlaya Amigo! Loyalty Programme, designed to offer our direct customers the best prices, favourable conditions, and exclusive offers and benefits.

MedPlaya Amigo! consists of three levels: Holiday Friends, BFFs, and Soulmates. Your level within the programme increases as you accumulate more stays with us, and with each level, you unlock additional benefits.

The following terms and conditions outline how MedPlaya Amigo! works and can be referred to anytime on the MedPlaya Hoteles website: www.medplaya.com.

MedPlaya Amigo! utilizes a Customer Identification Number to identify members. By accepting these terms and conditions, the MedPlaya Amigo! member confirms their awareness and understanding of the programme’s details.

MedPlaya reserves the right to make necessary amendments to the conditions of MedPlaya Amigo! as it deems necessary.

The advantages of MedPlaya Amigo! are applicable to all MedPlaya hotels, with the exception of Resort Giverola & Bella Vista Beach Club.

2. REGISTERING FOR MEDPLAYA AMIGO!

The programme is available to adults over 18 years old.

Official bodies and companies are excluded from the MedPlaya Amigo! programme.

You can register for MedPlaya Amigo! through the following channels:

- The www.medplaya.com website: Fill out the online registration form with your personal information and accept the provided conditions.
- In MedPlaya Hotels: Use the QR code for registration.

Registration for MedPlaya Amigo! program is free. An email address is required to register for MedPlaya Amigo!, and each registration must have a unique email address.

3. MEDPLAYA AMIGO

Once you have completed registration for MedPlaya Amigo!, you can access your personal MedPlaya Amigo! area on www.medplaya.com. This can be done by identifying yourself with your email address or MedPlaya identification number (ID MedPlaya) and password.

Within the MedPlaya Amigo! dashboard, you can:

- View and download your digital MedPlaya Amigo! identification card, which displays your full name and MedPlaya Identification Number (ID MedPlaya).

- Check and update your personal details.

- View your booking history and easily make new reservations.

- Adjust your access settings for the MedPlaya Amigo! private area.

- Make your next reservation at the best price available!

Please note that your MedPlaya Amigo! membership is personal and non-transferable.

* In order that your discount is applied correctly on arrival it is important that you identify yourself using your ID MedPlaya Amigo! or email associated with your account when making your reservation.

4. BENEFITS OF MEDPLAYA AMIGO

As a member of the MedPlaya Amigo! you will be the first to hear of our promotions and offers* and will enjoy discounts and benefits on your direct reservations at all our MedPlaya Hotels, excluding Resort Giverola/Hotel Bella Vista.
*The inclusion in our Newsletter database is a condition of MedPlaya Amigo!

Discounts and benefits are applied based on your MedPlaya Amigo! membership level, all your stays (direct reservations only) count towards your membership level, and discounts, benefits and rewards are applicable on your stays with us when you have made your reservation on our website www.medplaya.com, through our Call Centre, Guest Service Managers, or directly at the hotel Reception.

Your membership level is determined by the number of nights you have stayed with us (only direct reservations confirmed in your name count) in any MedPlaya Hotel within the two years preceding your upcoming reservation check-in date. Please note that membership levels may fluctuate based on this criterion.

Discounts and benefits do not apply to reservations made through third-party agents, online travel agents, or tour operators.

Discounts will be applied to the price of the room occupied by the MedPlaya Amigo! member at check-in, and benefits will be available upon, or shortly after, arrival at the hotel.
Benefits and discounts are not duplicated when more than one MedPlaya Amigo! member occupies a room.

Discounts are applied to the final price of the reservation, excluding extras, and are not applicable to 100% Non refundable bookings.

5. CANCELLING YOUR MEDPLAYA AMIGO MEMBERSHIP

Membership of the MedPlaya Amigo! programme may be cancelled for the following reasons:

- The user may request to cancel their membership of the MedPlaya Amigo! programme by sending an email to: contact@medplaya.com

- MedPlaya Management reserves the right to the temporary or permanent cancellation of the MedPlaya Amigo! members membership under the following circumstances:

- Improper use of the MedPlaya Amigo! Programme.
- Failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions accepted when registering for the programme.
- Inappropriate behaviour at the hotel.
- Cancellation of subscription to Newsletter
- Detection of incorrect data provided when registering for the MedPlaya Amigo! programme.
- The demise of the MedPlaya Amigo! member.
- When no transactions or bookings have been made using your MedPlaya Amigo! account during the past five years.

6. PRIVACY POLICY – DATA PROTECTION

By completing the registration request for the MedPlaya Amigo! programme, the user accepts and authorizes MED PLAYA MANAGEMENT, SL to use and process the personal data provided for the purposes of the customer loyalty programme of the MED PLAYA group, such as the improvement of the commercial relationship with the client and making personalized offers.

Similarly, for the proper fulfilment of the programme, your personal data will be transferred to companies of the MED PLAYA group for the purposes described above.

The Personal Data that you provide will be processed to identify you as a user of the programme and to give you access to the various features and services that are available to users registered in the programme.

The user can, at any time, revoke consent for the processing of their personal data by sending an email to rgpd@medplaya.com. However, the revocation of consent will imply the exclusion of the client from the MedPlaya Amigo! programme.
