Tema Puntos
Cuando hice la reserva me dijeron que si me hacía con la tarjeta amigo, tendría beneficios. Uno de ellos era acumular puntos para gastar en el hotel. Pues esto lo tienen muy, pero que muy verde. Espero que con mis opiniones que les di allí mismo y con este comentario lo hagan más fácil. También tienen que cambiar el mostrador de recepción de sitio, o la cafetera de la cafetería, hace mucho ruido cuando estas hablando con la recepcionista. Un saludo

Estimado Francisco José, Gracias por compartir su opinión con nosotros sobre su estadía en el Hotel Agir Springs. Lamentamos cualquier confusion sobre la tema de la tarjeta amigo. Tiene la opción de gastar los puntos para servicios en el hotel como bebidas o vino, o para usar por un descuento de la factura. Antes solo era para reservas de la opción cancelacion gratuita pero desde el fin de marzo también se pueden utilizar para reservas con la opción semi flexible. La realimentación de nuestros clientes es muy importante para nosotros y hemos tomado nota de sus comentarios. Esperamos tener la oportunidad de darle de nuevo la bienvenida al Agir Springs. Very good overall

Restaurante y puerta del baño
Le falta un buen restaurante para comer a mediodia. Yo hubiera comido los tres dias de estancia en el restaurante a mediodia. La puerta del baño de la 307 se cierra sola, no se queda abierta, necesitaria al menos una cuña para que se quedara abierta. Pese a esto, volveremos tuvimos una estancia muy agradable.

Genial, pero se nota que estan recortando gastos
Una vez mas hemos repetido y todo el personal es genial, recepcion, camareros, chicas de la limpieza, personal de mantenimiento, el director. aunque el nuevo metre............. Si que hemos notado que en los desayunos, hay un recorte importante en gastos, ya que los cruasanes han encogido a tal punto, que son miniatura, las mermeladas y yogures ahora son a granel en lugar de individuales y se nota que hay menos variedad de productos y de peor calidad. Las cenas esta vez, no las hemos cogido, pero hablando con otras personas que si las tenian, tambien se quejaban de que han notado el recorte en la calidad, variedad y cantidad en las cenas. Tampoco veo muy normal, lo que hacen con los precios de las habitaciones, si compras con bastante antelacion, es mucho mas caro, que cuando se va acercando la fecha que van bajando los precios, cuando tenia que ser justo al contrario, para incentivar que la gente reserve con antelacion, asi como tratar a los clientes habituales y asiduos, como a cualquier otro cliente en cuanto a los precios a pagar, el 5 o 10 de descuento, al final se le aplica a casi todo el que va al hotel, deberian de tener mas consideracion con los clientes muy habituales. Por lo demas, todo bien, repetiremos como hasta ahora, siempre y cuando los precios no esten disparados, ya que hay muchos hoteles en Benidorm, que son mas baratos teniendo la misma calidad y ofreciendo mas cosas, que lo que ofrece el hotel Agir.

Great hotel in an ideal location
This understated hotel is in a great location. 10 minutes walk from the Old Town, 10 to the new part and 5 mins from Levante Beach. Theres a cafebar on the ground floor and small roof pool and decking area on top. It doesnt attract a noisy and families with kids clientele. No entertainment. We stayed without board so didnt use the restaurant. Its within the newly refurbished traffic calmed Meditarano so the traffic and noise is now greatly reduced outside.
